‘Love at First Song’ is a hybrid music dating show that matches people looking for their soulmates through musical taste. Without seeing one another, the matched pair practice together and on the day of the duet, get to see one another’s appearance and decide whether to continue the duet and become a couple.
CJ E&M’s original format ‘Love at First Song’ was launched successfully in Vietnam, with the first episode of this hybrid music dating show broadcasted on 14 January on VTV3. The premiere won the #1 slot among other channels in the Hanoi Meter, reaching 7.6% ratings (Ind. 4+). The show especially ranked #1 amongst the target audience: female 1845 with an increase in +30% in Ind.4+ compared to the same slot of the previous show on 31 Dec. The premiere reached 1 million views on the official YouTube channel within 4 days after broadcast.
