The World Youth Jazz Festival (WYJF) 2017 will take place in 2 weeks’ time from 5 to 7 May from 6pm. The festival, which is in its 6th edition, will be held at TREC, KL for the first time. It has also released it final line-up of artistes, including DBKL’s nine-piece orchestra Summons Syndicate. Taking place at Quad event space over three nights, the festival will feature local and regional acts. In total, 16 bands will perform from 6pm to midnight from 5 to 7 May.
“We’re looking forward to the event at TREC, and WYJF has planned a great three-day show for visitors.” The festival has added LA-based singer/songwriter Emiko C, a three-time featured performer of the Songwriters Hall of Fame New Writers Showcases,” Datuk Nik Ahmad Azmi of WYJF.
WYJF is supported by TREC and Dewan Bandaraya, Kuala Lumpur.
